Radar Online reports that Charlie Sheen is offering to increase his wife Brooke Mueller’s prenup payout to $1 million, after reportedly threatening to kill her with a knife on Christmas. There are only two catches: She has to stay married to him for a little while longer, and he has to stay out of prison.

Brad Pitt and sons, Maddox and Pax, found a way to pass the time while Angelina is filming re-shoots for her new movie “Salt” . Brad took his boys out ‘Dave & Busters’ arcade in the Times Square section of New York City today. By the looks of it, they did pretty well in snagging some prizes.

According to OK magazine , lawyers for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller filed a petition today to have the restraining order dismissed. Although, just because Brooke is requesting that it be dropped, that doesn’t mean it’s a done deal. The court will consult with Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin to get his opinion on whether or not a dismissal is truly in Brooke’s best interest
