Lindsay Lohan’s steady string of visitors during her time in jail continued on Thursday, as her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson swung by Century Regional Detention Facility to keep her incarcerated flame company.Lohan, currently serving a 90-day sentence for violating her probation, had a chaotic, on-again-off-again relationship with Ronson that often played out publicly when they aired their grievances on Twitter.

So far (for all three hours) things are going smoothly for Lindsay Lohan in jail, according to L.A. Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore, since her booking at a little after 10 am PDT. She surrendered this morning.

Lindsay Lohan was remanded into custody only minutes ago. The actress reportedly arrived at the courthouse at 8:37 am PDT (only seven minutes late!) with her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley (Robert Shapiro withdrew as Lindsay’s attorney after meeting with the judge in chambers yesterday)

Update: Lindsay Lohan arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse to begin serving her 90-day jail sentence on Tuesday morning, and was quickly handcuffed during the court proceeding and taken to Lynwood Correctional Facility. Judge Marsha Revel did not allow any video or photographs of the cuffing to be taken inside the court.
