In order to help out a depressed Wilmington soup kitchen, Rachael Ray provided the organization with new appliances, shelves, furniture and has promised food for a YEAR! The soup kitchen is now getting as many customers in a day as it did in a week a year ago due to the departure of DHL Express and other Wilmington Air Park operations. Currently, the unemployment rate is at 15% and Rachael wanted to step in and provide a helping hand. The entire event was filmed and due to air on November 25th on ‘The Rachael Ray Show’.
